All is very good, I had a nice weekend. The hotel offers spotless and compact rooms with kettle-, music blaring til gone midnight, for instance, I am very pleased about that. It has a great location in a very local pub.

Cozy atmosphere with splendid views across the village green. Excellent walking routes start right from the doorstep, providing ample opportunity for some scenic exploring.
The shower and bathroom floor became dangerously slippery when wet-a non-slip mat would help with that. The sash window in my room rattled in the wind due to a rotten wooden frame, requiring a makeshift repair with paper. Lastly, the late afternoon dining service had its quirks, with mixed-up closing times leading to earlier-than-expected meal cut-offs and some unsatisfactory food delivery.
